Permanent Housing

Our permanent supportive housing opportunities are available to currently homeless individuals referred to THC through San Francisco’s Adult Coordinated Entry System.

Transitional Housing

Recovery Services

THC runs two transitional housing programs to provide safe and recovery-based housing for individuals needing stability and support while working to transition into permanent housing.

Legal Assistance

Legal Assistance

Established in 1980, THC’s legal program continues to represent low-income tenants, seniors, tenants with disabilities, and minority and immigrant families in all aspects of landlord-tenant and housing law.

Money Management

THC has been providing money management services to low-income tenants since 1988. The overarching goals of these services are to help clients maintain their housing and improve general quality of life.
