Winton Hotel
The Winton Hotel was originally built in 1907 and acquired by THC in 2016. The 101 units at the Winton provide permanent supportive housing to formerly homeless adults referred to THC through San Francisco’s Adult Coordinated Entry system as well as through the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program.
The Winton features a large community room and offers tenants access to shared laundry and kitchen facilities. On-site Property Management and Case Management staff support tenants with building needs and access to resources.
