Seneca Hotel
The Seneca Hotel was constructed in 1911 and became THC’s first master-leased hotel on May 1, 1999. It provides 195 units of permanent supportive housing to formerly homeless adults. Tenants are referred to the Seneca through San Francisco’s Adult Coordinated Entry system.
The Seneca offers tenants a large lobby and community space, shared kitchen, and on-site laundry facilities. Tenants are supported by on-site Property Management and Case Management staff.
