Royan Hotel
The Royan Hotel was constructed in 1927 and acquired by THC through the SRO/Master Lease Program in May 2003. The Royan contains 66 units, over half with private bathrooms, available to formerly homeless adults referred to THC through San Francisco’s Adult Coordinated Entry system.
The Royan’s exterior has often featured murals by local artists, contributing to the vibrant art scene of the surrounding Mission neighborhood. Royan tenants enjoy use of the building’s community room and receive support from on-site Property Management and Case Management staff.
