The Mayfair Hotel was constructed in 1928 and acquired by THC in 2010. The Mayfair’s 55 units of permanent supportive housing are each equipped with a private bathroom and shower. In partnership with Compass Family Services, THC leases 22 additional units to families with children in need of temporary housing.
The Mayfair is one of THC’s “Step Up” residences, intended for tenants who have previously lived in a Housing First unit and demonstrated an ability to live successfully with minimal staff and support services. Due to the partnership with Compass Family Services, Mayfair tenants must also demonstrate the ability to live alongside families. On-site Property Management and Case Management staff support Mayfair tenants with building needs and connection to resources.
