Property Details

Each floor of the Vincent Hotel provides ADA compliant shared bathrooms and showers which provide safety and accessibility to tenants with disabilities. The Vincent also features an on-site laundry room with 3 washers and dryers. A great deal of the activity at Vincent Hotel centers around it’s brightly lit community room. Tenants and their guests have access to the community room and often use it as a hub of entertainment. The community room is also where THC staff host activities such as coffee hours, birthday celebrations and bingo and movie nights.

At the Vincent Hotel, THC staff are dedicated to supporting tenants and making them feel at home. Property Management staff work on-site and a Resident Manager is available for after-hour emergencies. Janitors and Maintenance staff ensure the building remains clean and functional. A Desk Clerk is also present 24 hours a day. Three on-site Case Managers assist and advocate for the tenants, helping to get and keep them housed.

If tenants are looking for more sources of entertainment other than those offered within the Vincent Hotel, they can find it in the surrounding neighborhood. The area has restaurants, shopping areas, a movie theater, a skating rink, and a bowling alley which are all within in walking distance from the hotel.
