Property Details

Since 2015, THC has implemented several services and programs that focus on encouraging and supporting tenants as well as maintaining and building community. The THC Support Services team runs a variety of activities at the Baldwin hotel including an art group, coffee hour, ice cream socials, and monthly birthday parties. The Property Management team also shows support by hosting holiday parties and hosting quarterly tenant meetings where tenants can openly voice their concerns to THC management.

As part of its acquisition, the Baldwin Hotel received several updates. These renovations included a new kitchen, new community room, newly remodeled units and an on-site laundry facility. There are also ADA compliant bathrooms on each floor which are easily accessible to tenants with disabilities.
