Prabha Patel, owner of the Delta Hotel , recently accepted a proposal from the Sixth Street Tenants Alliance to drastically change rules governing hotel visitors.
After adopting a model visitors policy at its Dec. 18 Convention, the Sixth Street Tenants Alliance has reached an agreement with Prabha Patel.
