Attention: Hotline Hotel Tenants
If you want to avoid moving at the end of the month, simply apply for G.A. and join our Modified Payments Program. You can apply for G.A. in our office on Thursday, Nov. 16 or go to 1440 Harrison any weekday. Our program will give you permanent tenancy at below-market rents ($240-260 per month).
**If you already are on G.A., simply come in and join our program.
Remember:
- You do not have to have I.D. to get on G.A.
- Only 3% of G.A. clients do street sweeping, and persons in that group may do alternative service.
- The Hotline Hotel system may not exist in the future. If it does, the number of rooms will be greatly reduced.
**If you want permanent housing at a different hotel, we can arrange this. However, we can only house people on G.A.
Call or stop by for further info.
If you are on G.A., you will not be penalized for being in the hotline. So you need not worry about being “sanctioned” if you now join our program.
