Randy Wilson

Board President

Randy has served on THC’s board for over ten years, and has been active in community affairs for many years. Randy volunteers at a social service organization in the Tenderloin.

Chris Tiedemann

Chris was one of the founders of THC and long served as a land use attorney with the California Attorney General’s office. She is now THC’s Board Secretary after serving many years as Board President.

Ken Brophy

Ken works as a marketing professional with Upgrade. He joined the THC board in 2010 and is the Board’s Treasurer. He serves on the finance committee.

Fernando Pujals

Fernando joined the THC Board in 2017. At the time he worked towards improving the Tenderloin as the Director of Communications for the Tenderloin Community Benefit District. He is now the Deputy Director of the Mid-Market Business Association & Foundation and works for Urban Place Consulting.

Enrique Aguilar

Enrique joined the THC Board in 2020. He works at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, where he leads transit communications related to Muni service changes. Previously, he worked in the Tenderloin, promoting civic engagement and helping low-income Latino families find economic and housing resources.

Felecia Smith

Felecia joined the THC Board in 2021. A long-time San Francisco resident formerly working in the medical field, Felecia is now very active in THC’s CCSRO as a Tenant Organizer and member of their Land Use Committee and Mental Health Group.

Brian Johnson

Brian (ACAS, MAAA) is the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) for the Nonprofits Insurance Alliance. Brian has worked in the consulting, insurance, and re-insurance industry for 30 years in various leadership positions both as an actuary and an underwriter. He began his career in 1989 with Ernst & Whinney as an Actuarial Consultant in Atlanta. Brian holds a BS in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from Penn State University and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Brian has worked with various nonprofits in the past including serving on the board of the Mid-State Literacy Council in Central Pennsylvania most recently Cake4Kids in the Bay Area. Brian joined THC’s Board in 2022.

Gabriella Ruiz

Gabriella joined THC’s Board in 2021 and currently works with the Chinatown Community Development Center as a Senior Planner.
