Randy Wilson

Board President

Randy has served on THC’s board for over ten years, and has been active in community affairs for many years. Randy volunteers at a social service organization in the Tenderloin.

Chris Tiedemann

Secretary

Chris was one of the founders of THC and long served as a land use attorney with the California Attorney General’s office. She is now THC’s Board Secretary after serving many years as Board President.

Ken Brophy

Treasurer

Ken works as a marketing professional with Upgrade. He joined the THC board in 2010 and is the Board’s Treasurer. He serves on the finance committee.

Fernando Pujals

Fernando joined the THC Board in 2017. At the time he worked towards improving the Tenderloin as the Director of Communications for the Tenderloin Community Benefit District. He is now the Deputy Director of the Mid-Market Business Association & Foundation and works for Urban Place Consulting.

Enrique Aguilar

Enrique joined the THC Board in 2020. He works at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, where he leads transit communications related to Muni service changes. Previously, he worked in the Tenderloin, promoting civic engagement and helping low-income Latino families find economic and housing resources.

Gabriella Ruiz

Gabriella joined THC’s Board in 2021 and currently works with the Chinatown Community Development Center as a Senior Planner.

Kathy Vaughn

A native San Franciscan, Kathy joined THC’s Central City SRO Collaborative as a Tenant Organizer in 2017 and later became a Peer Counselor in 2020. She has served on several committees (Land Use, Mental Health, Safety) and has been active in Planning Commission and Board of Supervisor hearings. She joined THC’s Board of Directors in 2023 to continue serving the local community.

Majeid Crawford

Majeid joined the THC board in 2023. He currently works as Executive Director for the New Community Leadership Foundation to provide building and business services to local organizations and artists with an extensive history in economic and social justice.

Karen Taylor

Karen is a long-time San Francisco resident and THC tenant. For over 10 years, she has been a Peer Counselor at THC’s Central City SRO Collaborative where she helps other tenants navigate housing issues. Karen joined the THC board in 2023.
