The Vincent hotel was acquired by THC through the SRO/Master Lease Program in May of 2000. The Vincent Hotel is a critical resource to serve the homeless population and provides 103 units of housing.

THC continues to maintain and upgrade this hotel to ensure residents have an affordable and safe place to live.The basement of the hotel was renovated, and is now used for administrative offices.
